Pixar Pier Entrance

What’s New at Pixar Pier? Part 2 – Pixar Pier Food

One of my favorite things to do at Disneyland is eat. I’m a foodie; I have the food baby belly to show for it. And I love all of the time they put into making new dishes at the parks. The festival of holidays, the food and wine festival, and the all new journey of Pixar Pier food! Here are some of the new shops that you can divulge into to fill your belly with joy.

Lamplight Lounge

This reimagined restaurant brings the artists of Pixar classics to life. Take a walk around to see sketches, toys and movie memorabilia from animated films. Lamplight Lounge is a sit-down restaurant that offers playful dishes and views overlooking Paradise Bay. With and incredible menu and views both indoors and outdoors, this restaurant is hard to grab a table, so make sure to book a reservation a few weeks before your trip!

Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats

It’s Lemon! The dairy free treat plays off the adorable snowman’s classic yellow-snow-joke from the beloved film, Monsters Inc. The tasty treats are so good you’ll eat them all year round. They also offer the frozen parfait treat, which is lemon soft-serve and blueberry slushies’. And the treats are very instagrammable.

Angry Dogs

Spicy hotdogs so good that your mouth will water to cool down. Hosted by “Anger” from inside out, the explosive flavor of these angry hotdogs is enough to make you happy. I find it hard to pass by without getting a picture with Anger also, I mean, I know he is supposed to be the anti-social one of the group, with his uncontrollable rage and all, but he’s just so cute.

Senior Buzz’s Churros

More Churros? Why not! Disney loves to make new churros and these are no exception, the Galaxy Churro offers the cinnamon sugar sweetness, while the Caliente Churro will make your tongue tingle with spices. Although I’m not much of a fan of churro’s, I never caught onto them, I did try one of these, and I have to admit I can see why everyone goes a little banana’s over them.

Poultry Palace

From the Pixar short “Small Fry” try some delicious chicken drumstick’s with coleslaw or a hot smoked turkey leg. This stop will satisfy your appetite for sure! I love coleslaw, I think there’s something really good about it for mainly just being lettuce. Call me crazy, but I think it’s a top food item.
